A SUBOPTIMAL ALGORITHM FOR ESTIMATING DATA TRANSMISSION QUALITY AT MULTIALTERNATIVE SIGNALS RECOGNITION BASED ON TWO EXTREMAL STATISTICS COMPARISON

Relying on operation logic of an optimal decision circuit of a multiple frequency signal reception, a decision device performance algorithm for estimating validity of a received message is proposed. The performance of the device is based on the comparison of the first and second envelope peaks at channel detector outputs of the receiver. A numerical computation is given for the case of presence in the channel of Gaussian noise and general Rayley fading.

SIGNAL-CODE CONSTRUCTIONS WITHOUT SPECTRUM ZERO COMPONENT

Method of signal-code constructions design (SCC) which spectrum does not contain a zero component is offered. SCC are based on the generalized concatenated codes with signals at an internal step and correcting codes on the external. Examples of such constructions are given.

METHOD OF OPERATIVE SPEECH INTELLIGIBILITY ESTIMATION BASED ON OPERATING CHARACTERISTICS OF AUDITORY SYSTEM

To solve “monitoring-jamming”problems by a station creating response jamming against radio system with a common group operating frequency tuning program a suboptimal multichannel multiple-position detector is proposed which provides signal detection, frequency hop estimation and its arrival directions.

Wideband PSK signal reception at backgrounds of quadrature correlator interference with bandpass filter is discussed. Mean value expressions and expressions for estimating the wideband PSK signal time delay which is formed by a discriminator are acquired. Statistics evaluation characteristics in function of input filter passband width are analyzed.

DEVELOPING MODERN HF RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS
