Versions of signal-code sequence with permutation modulation are discussed. Their main properties and antijamming immunity are defined. A notation system for signals referred to this class is offered. A comparison with their nearest prototype, multipositional frequency telegraphy (FT) is carried out.

SYNTHESIS OF SPACE-TIME GAUSSIAN OPTICAL FIELDS PROCESSING ALGORITHM WITH RANDOM SPECTRAL CHARACTERISTICS

Some problems in the field of fast FH active noise generators for radar suppressing developments are discussed; the abovementioned field development prospects are formulated. Some results of active noise generator MF wideband exciter frequency synthesizer research with the required quality of dynamic and spectral characteristics are given. Technical possibilities of implementing the most important functionally completed MF nodes using modern component base are discussed.

COOPERATIVE ROUTING ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN WIRELESS NETWORKS*

Network node co-operation physical layer is investigated with the purpose to develop a new network «layer» of routing algorithms which are more energy-efficient. In particular, the physical-layer cooperative MIMO, network-layer multi-hop routing is discussed; minimum, in the sense of energy expenses, routing algorithms are being worked out as cooperative optimization at the physical layer. Using dynamical programming methods it has been stated that the optimum cooperative routing in various network scenarios shows the energy consumption saving of up to 55% compared with non-cooperative routing.

ELECTROMAGNETIC CONDITION PARAMETER VISUALIZATION FOR RADIO MEANS GROUPINGS IN THE WIDE FREQUENCY BAND

In order to enhance the methods of investigating EME parameters created in radio electronic means grouping at planes, MATCARD environment new virtual structures, namely, F-TRAP, are developed. Efficiency of F-TRAP applications is shown by means of evaluating the radio electronic facilities spatial-power characteristics in the wide frequency band.

Various ways to regulate power in cellular CDMA communication networks are discussed. To evaluate the simplification possibilities a common methodological approach to non-adaptive downlink power-regulation scheme selection has been worked out. Taking as an example 3-G UMTS č IMT-MC-450 systems the most efficient regulation type has been determined to be recommended for application.

AMORPHOUS SILICON IN SOLAR ENERGETICS

Main problems of modern energetic development and obstacles surged in adopting the industrial methods as concerned with the direct solar radiation transforming into electrical energy are discussed. ABOUT LASER ATMOSPHERIC COMMUNICATION LINE EFFICIENCY INCREASE POSSIBILITIES BY COHERENT MOLECULAR ENVIRONMENT PREPARATION

A new technique for lineal molecule state coherent control by means of laser radiation, that is, their capacity of rotary dissociation under subsequent laser pulses effect is discussed. A new mechanism for molecule rotational disso-ciation in the field of two consequent laser pulses linearly polarized in two orthogonally-related planes is offered. A role of constant dipole moment and initial molecule orientation in these processes is evaluated. The results achieved can be useful for refinement and more comprehensive description of ways to decrease the total network atmospheric laser line dissipation cross-section which use the laser pulses with reciprocally orthogonal polarization.
