SUBOPTIMAL MULTIALTERNATIVE SEQUENTIAL DISTINCTION WITHOUT MEMORY BASED ON COMPARISON OF TWO EXTREMAL STATISTICS

Suboptimal sequential algorithm for distinguishing random number (M ? 2) of signals based on forming M-sufficient statistics from the observed realizations, selecting among them the maximum one and the second one and their comparison is discussed. Numerical calculation results are given for the case of non-coherent processing of non-fading and fading signals in the adaptive Gaussian noise channel.

DECREASING TRANSITIVE PROCESS TIME IN FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZERS BY PLL-SYSTEM OPERATING MODE LINEARIZATION METHOD

Analytical expressions to determine the transitive processes duration while tuning the synthesizer and decreasing slip-time units frequency are found. The comparison of calculation results on these expressions and transitive process modelling results in the synthesizer on the base of third ľ five order IPLL using the SIMULINK visual modelling system of MatLab mathematical estimations is conducted.

WAYS TO INCREASE LASER ATMOSPHERIC COMMUNICATION LINES BY DECREASING THE TOTAL SCATTERING CROSS-SECTION

The way to increase the LACL efficiency by means of coherent environment preparation in the laser pulse propagation channel basing on the total molecule scattering cross-section decrease is offered. According to our estimation, as a result of optical molecule alignment in the plane perpendicular to the information pulse plane, the total scattering cross-section on the molecules decreases as much as two-to-three times.
