Questions on constructing the complexes of radio-frequency identification (RFID) means for protection of critically crucial objects (CCO) against non-authorized access (NAA) on the basis of the multicriterion approach are considered. The estimation of RFID means complex efficiency is made on the basis of criterion of NAA risk to CCO.

SPECIAL FEATURES OF INFORMATION PROCESSING IN ATCS

The formalized description of information processing in modern automated telecommunication systems is presented. The concept of 3-layer information processing (including signal, semantic and pragmatic layers) is used as a basis of the model. This concept acts as a main difference between traditional systems and the systems being observed. Recursive relationship that specifies the dynamics of system state changing in the most general sense are proposed.

Mathematical model for estimating the functioning efficiency of GLONASS radionavigation system user terminal is described as referred to the factor of navigation data non-output probability under simulated echo and masker simultaneous impact is described. The results of modeling are given.

PROOF OF EXTENDED NETWORK APPARATUS STRUCTURE BASIC SET COMPLETENESS

Telecommunication network protocol formal description modeling on the base of augmented E-network presumes the availability of the basic elementary structure set, the content of which allows to synthesize protocol models of any complexity. The completeness of the basic structure set that realizes protocol specification primitives as referred to the Boolean algebra logically complete function basis is proved by the author.

TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK PROTOCOL PRIMITIVE SIMULATION

PRINCIPLES OF CONSTRUCTING NOISE IMMUNE ALE SYSTEM OF HF BAND

The original technique of constructing an automatic link establishment (ALE) system, intended to organize long-distant radio links operating under conditions of extremely low noise immunity margin is offered. Comparison with known ALE systems is made. The choice of modulation, noise immune code and channel speed is proved. The description of the ALE protocol is given.

SIMULATION OF A BROADBAND ANALOG TO DIGITAL PATH OF SOFTWARE DEFINED DEVICES

The simulation model of nonlinearity product occurrence is offered during the passage of a signal, noise and interference mix through an analog-digital path. NEW METHOD OF DATA REPRESENTATION IN TERMS OF MODULAR CODES FOR DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING

Advantages of applying non-positional arithmetic to digital filters during digital signal processing are shown. A new method of data presentation in terms of modular codes, which allows using a single basis for this purpose, is offered. The given method allows to simplify considerably the digital filter computing device structure and to provide target readout value calculation in one modular step of work. Thus, such digital filter quality functioning indices as accuracy of calculations, speed of operation and its frequency characteristics can be provided in compliance with qualifying standards.

FEATURES OF DOMAIN NAME SYSTEM (DNS) CONSTRUCTION FOR MOBILE AD HOC NETWORKS

The problem of using DNS in mobile Ad Hoc networks (MANETs) is considered. Restrictions in using DNS in vehicular Ad Hoc networks (VANETs) are shown. The concept of Ad Hoc DNS is offered. The definition to the terms ADNS (Ad Hoc DNS) and ADN (Abonent's Domain Name), session level routing is given and considered. It is proved that the problems of ADNS and Ad Hoc routing are mathematically identical and can be calculated with the equivalent algorithms. The example of using ADNS for constructing the virtual hierarchical architecture on VANET-based multiservice peer-to-peer network is given.

The method of frequency band allocation for wireless access and mobile communication systems based upon application of resource parameters of the radio frequency spectrum use is developed. The application of this method allows improving validation and transparency of the solutions on frequency bands allocation for future-proof wireless access and mobile communication systems due to transfer to the quantitative parameter estimation methods of joint operation of newly introduced and available radio electronic means.

STATISTICAL METHOD FOR CALCULATING QUANTIZATION NOISE WHEN REDUCING DATA BITWIDTH IN LINEAR SYSTEMS OF DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING

The additive noise power calculation method is proposed. The noise is introduced into the processed signal by DSP system while reducing the signal bitwidth. The initial data for calculation are input signal instantaneous values distribution densities and arithmetic operations performed in accordance with digital signal processing system algorithm. The method allows using the «quality of processing – implementation complexity» criterion for data bitwidth optimization.
