The problem of providing the reliable message delivery based on the optimum distribution of communication nodes on the earth surface is considered. Two calculation algorithms, analytical one and simulation one, are offered. The simulation algorithm is shown to concede in accuracy if comparing with the analytical algorithm; nevertheless, it gives greater flexibility in calculating different versions and does not possess restrictions as referred to size and networking complexity and process dynamics in the network.

Curves of detecting a random initial-phase radio signal are calculated under the assumption that the threshold is fluctuating. Various models of fluctuations are investigated and conditions on which known curve detection should be corrected owing to the threshold-level fluctuation influence are defined.

The problem of frequency channel assignment basing on statistical modeling of cellular network message delivery space-time characteristics is considered. Herewith, the intranet interference under conditions of shadowing and Rayleigh fading is taken into account, as well as jamming situation and operating equipment characteristics.

MANIPULATION CODES FOR HF COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS WITH RETRANSMISSION USING THE CONCEPT OF COOPERATIVE MIMO. PART I. DECISION

This paper sets out a method for constructing manipulation codes for HF communication systems with retransmission using the concept of cooperative MIMO. This method is based on genetic algorithms for binary switching. With the help of this method we developed manipulation codes for constellation diagrams 16QAM, 32QAM and 64QAM, whose characteristics are the best or closest fit with strong probability.

Simulations were made to compare interference immunity characteristics of manipulation codes which were set out in part I of the paper with both formally known codes and codes obtained by using a random search algorithm. In this paper, the influence of the characteristics of all three communication channels (source – retransmitter, source receiver and retransmitter – receiver) on efficiency metrics of the systems using these introduced methods was analysed.

The approach for carrying out of a quantitative estimation of risks of influence of destructive influences (DI) various type on basic elements of the territorially distributed networks (TDN) data transmission is considered. It is shown, that for decrease in risk of catastrophic consequences it is necessary to raise survivability TDN. An estimation of a damage from information loss, and also an estimation of security of the information and efficiency of actions for TDN protection from DI are resulted.

A simulation model for estimating different-type noise impact efficiency on the operation of associate customer multisystem navigation equipment and a quantitative index of noise impact efficiency are offered. Simulation results and different-type interference efficiency estimation are given.

POSSIBLE EFFECTS OF TRANSMITTER RADIATED POWER ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT

Using the variation calculus method, analytical ratios for estimating the potential gain in the average jamming- transmitter power in the course of jamming at controllable («dosed») power are acquired. Gain in function of jammer and radio-electronic countermeasure (REC) target mutual remoteness distribution is analyzed. The adaptive power management method effect upon the frequency availability of REC systems and their electromagnetic compatibility with domestic RES is evaluated.

QUADRATURE–QUADRATURE DEMODULATOR UNBALANCE DIGITAL CORRECTION

Single-sideband signal quadrature-quadrature demodulator operation with analog-digital signal processing is considered in detail. Analysis of demodulator quadrature and inphase branch analogue segments unbalance effect upon the frequency selectivity over the reception image channels is carried out. Expressions for calculating the correction circuits that allow compensating the analog-digital path unbalance by post-processing of signals in digital form are acquired.

SIMULATION OF APERTURE UNCERTAINTY OF A SAMPLER AT AN ANALOG-DIGITAL CONVERSION

Ways of construction and verification of simulation models for two types of sampler with aperture uncertainty of the sampling moment are considered. Analytical expressions for estimating the accuracy of simulations are acquired, that enable verification of models with different distribution of the aperture uncertainty. The block diagram of the offered model is given.

IDEALIZED PHASE LOCK LOOP PROPERIES

The properties of PLL having idealized stages that is called mathematical PLL are discussed. It has been shown that its operation is described by linear differential equation as referred to the phase, and nonlinear transforms are conditioned by dependence of the phase in function of effective voltages .Time dependencies of the phase assertion upon various initial conditions are found. Harmonics, noise and pulse interference effect on the PLL are analyzed.

ON THE QUESTION ABOUT RUSSIAN-LANGUAGE TERMINOLOGY IN THE FIELD OF VECHICULAR MOBILE NETWORKS

The definition to the terms «multiservice peer-to-peer network» (MP2PN), «virtual hierarchical architecture» (VHA) and a Russian-language equivalent to the term «vehicular ad hoc network» (VANET) are given in this article. Differences of VANET and MP2PN from stationary networks, MP2PN from another P2P networks are considered. Characteristics and scope of VANET and MP2PN are given. The basic methods of VHA networking are considered.
