COUNTER-COUNTERMEASURE AGAINST FH RADIO COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS BY MEANS OF SYNCHRONIZATION SIGNAL SUPPRESSION

Physical boundary due to signal delay over the double radio wave propagation path restricts the possibilities of using the tracking repeater jamming in the Communications Systems (CS) with Frequency Hopping (FH), which predetermines their inalterable gain in suppressing the tracking jamming. The possibilities of positive conflict resolution for CC – TJ for benefit of TJ basing on counter-countermeasure HF network control level, inclusive by means of disturbing the network synchronization system.


COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF INTRA-NETWORK AND EXTRA-NETWORK INTERFERENCE IN CELLULAR COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS

Methodology for assessing the intra-network and extra-network interference in cellular communications systems is carried out and completed in the line of taking into account co-channel interference in addition to thermal/heat/basic noise taken into consideration in [1]. Basing on the given methodology, the requirements for maximum allowable off-network transmitter power of super-broadband systems without deteriorating the cellular system communication quality below the preset level are determined. TDMA (GSM-900) and CDMA (IS-95 Standard) Networks are examined. Also, the formula is derived that associates the mobile transmitter power requirements and CDMA network cell capacity.


COMPUTER SIMULATION FOR ENERGY POTENTIAL RADIO ZONES

ADAPTIVE ALGORITHM FOR ASSESSING UNDETECTABLE OBJECT PARAMETERS IN THE COURSE OF SYNCHRONOUS SERVICING

By means of minor average risk criterion, adaptive algorithms are synthesized for assessing undetectable object parameters in the course of synchronous servicing. The algorithm is realized for the case of object signal reception at background mixture of interfering source signals with the aid of the antenna array. Simulation results are presented. Generalized convergence conditions for improper integral of exponential function with indices of the first and second power are laid down as well as these function products with independent variable natural powers; it was shown that these conditions are total, that is, necessary and sufficient.


TOTAL CONVERGENCE CONDITIONS OF COMPLEX IMPROPER INTEGRALS OF EXPONENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND THEIR PRODUCTS WITH INDEPENDENT VARIABLE POWERS

COMPLEX PROBABILITY INTEGRAL LIMIT PROPERTIES ANALYSIS WITH ARGUMENT TENDING TO INFINITY

Limiting formulae for two widely applied types of complex probability integral and upper and lower estimate process velocities at their convergence and divergence when the argument tends to infinity are derived. The estimates are required for proving the maximally extended (necessary and sufficient) convergence conditions for improper integral set related to probability integrals.


IMPROPER INTEGRALS OF POWER FUNCTION PRODUCTS AND PROBABILITY INTEGRAL COMPLEMENTS ON ITS BOUNDARY VALUES

The formulae for improper integrals of probability integral complements on its boundary values (1), (–1) and on independent variable power products with indicating complements of arbitrary shape integration contours over complex surface are derived; necessary and sufficient convergence conditions are determined for such improper integrals.

METHODOLOGY FOR OUTSIDE-OF-NETWORK INTERFERENCE AFFECTING CELLULAR RADIO COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM RECEIVER ASSESSMENT

A methodology for assessing outside-of-network interference affecting cellular radio communications system receiver is offered. The peculiarity of the given methodology consists in that for near-real accounting of the interfering transmitter location, their position relative to affected receiver is not fixed but it is considered to be distributed according to a random law over Poisson field. An example of calculation in accordance with given methodology as referred to GSM-cellular radio communications receiver is given.


EFFICIENCY OF DISCRETE INFORMATION RECEPTION IN THE WIDEBAND PSK RADIO COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS UNDER INTERFERENCE CONDITIONS

The efficiency of discrete information reception in radio communications systems with wideband PSK signals under interference conditions due to multiple access. New analytical expressions for mean error rate per bit of received information in proposition of useful signal uniformly distributed initial phases and those of interfered signal taking into account the signal component phase fluctuations at the corrector /compensator/ equalizer/ output resulted from phased lock loop operation are given. Calculations results for mean error rate in function of signal-to-noise ratio, the number of interfered signals are given.


MEAN ERROR RATE IN ASSESSING THE INFORMATION SYMBOL VALUES OVER WIDEBAND PSK SIGNAL RADIO COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS UNDER MUTUAL INTERFERENCE CONDITIONS

Coherent reception of wideband PSK signals under mutual interference conditions due to multiple access. Analytical expressions for mean error rate in assessing information symbol values while receiving signals with random initial phases and amplitudes containing both regular and random components, taking into account phase fluctuation over synchronization channel are discussed. The efficiency of reception subject to signal-to-noise ratio, interference-to-noise, and the number of interfered signals.


DETERMINING THE INTERFERENCE DUE TO FRACTIONALITY IN FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZERS WITH PLL SYSTEMS USING DELTA-SIGMA MODULATORS IN FRACTIONAL FREQUENCY DIVIDERS

Linear model for pulse-phase PLL system with fractional-variable frequency divider and inverter of interference due to fractionality basing on delta-sigma modulators in the feedback circuit is represented. A mathematical model of such a system is given, taking into consideration the indices of oscillation. Basing on the data acquired, a program for calculating the interference due to fractionality has been elaborated and examples are given.


DETERMINING THE PROTECTION BLOCK BAR ADJUSTMENT CURVE

Analysis for evaluating the value of bar amplification control in protection against concentrated interference block is given; the bias of this evaluation is determined. Unbiased evaluation of the bar amplification control value is found.


NOISE AUTO-GENERATOR AND EXTERNAL OSCILLATOR IMPACT THEORY

Description of auto-generator transitive processes under the impact of external oscillation that differs only in phase, and oscillation with small frequency offset and arbitrary initial phase is found. Theoretical results acquired have allowed determining analytical dependence of transitive processes upon the external oscillation amplitude and phase, the probability density of auto-generator phase and amplitude under the noise impact. The determining phase curves when locking a self-oscillator by an external excitation source are given. Transitive process properties are examined.


ADAPTIVE METHOD FOR PREDICTING IC TTL PARAMETERS DEGRADATION
