**SPECIFIC PROBLEMS OF INTEGRATED INFORMATION AND CONTROL SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT**

Specific problems of integrated information and control systems development are considered which are made dependent on the automation necessity of decision making processes and procedures by officers of tactical military units operating authorities for increasing their control activity efficiency during preparation and realization of operations (combat actions). Problems decision trends in terms of technologies application of expert systems, situational management systems, and multiagent systems are validated.

**JOINT DETECTION AND FILTRATION OF SIGNALS UNDER UNKNOWN PROBABILITIES OF THEIR OCCURRENCE AND RANDOM LOSSES**

A synthesis problem of recurrent optimal algorithm for joint detection and generalized Kalman filtering signals in noise is considered. Numerical analysis of synthesized algorithm efficiency is conducted and the results of its computer modeling are given.

**DETECTION EFFICIENCY OF PHASE-SHIFT BROADBAND SIGNAL BY A QUADRATURE RECEIVER WITH INPUT BANDPASS FILTER**

Reception by a quadrature correction receiver with input bandpass filter selecting phase-shift broadband signal with a random phase and amplitude that contains regular and fluctuating components in noise is considered. It is shown that the maximum probability of signal detection is achieved under a time delay other than zero which depends on the bandwidth and increases when regular and fluctuating components of the amplitude ratio also increases.

**ALGORITHM FOR ESTIMATING NUMBER OF SIGNALS IN THE PRESENCE OF NONGAUSSIAN PULSE NOISE**

A new method for estimating number of signals that require less computational costs than AIC, MDL, EDC known methods is proposed. A comparison of signals number estimation methods in the presence of Gaussian and non - Gaussian noise as well as characteristics of MUSIC location method are conducted.

**ABOUT NOISE IMMUNITY OF SYNC SIGNAL RECEPTION IN A START-STOP COMMUNICATION SYSTEM WITH FREQUENCY MODULATION**

Operation of a start-stop communication system with frequency signals modulation and separate sync signal transmission is considered. The correlations necessary for noise immunity reception in case of using nonlinear detectors of k order are presented.

**INTEGRATION OF PRODUCTS OF POWER, EXPONENTIAL FUNCTIONS, OF PROBABILITY INTEGRALS COMBINATIONS, THEIRS COMPLEMENTS UP TO LIMIT VALUES**

Complex integrals of products received by multiplicating differences, sums of two probability integrals or a probability integral component with respect to its possible limit values 1, –1 by a non-negative integer power of independent variable and by an exponential function with square-law index are considered. For improper forms of such integrals, necessary and sufficient conditions of convergence in respect of circuits for integrating arbitrary forms on a complex plane are formulated. Presented integrals are applicable also in the real area.

**INTEGRALS RELATED TO POWERS OF PROBABILITY INTEGRAL COMPONENTS WITH RESPECT TO LIMITING VALUES**

Complex integrals of power function products having probability integral components powers with respect to limiting values 1 and –1 have been presented and analyzed. Similar integrals of the given function products have also been considered, firstly, with complements of probability integral powers with respect to limiting values, secondly, with these complements multiplied by powers of the same probability integral, thirdly, with a sum or difference of powers of two probability integrals. For improper of all such integrals the sufficient or necessary convergence conditions are formed. The obtained results are applicable also in the real area.

**ABOUT POWER REGULATION IN CDMA NETWORKS STRAIGHT LINE **

A methodical approach for selection of the most suitable types of power regulation for practical realization in a straight line of communication networks of digital CDMA systems is validated. Analytic expressions allowing conducting a comparative estimation of different power regulation types based on calculation of such indicators as network capacity and transmission power requirement of base stations are presented. The technique is applied for CDMA systems of cdmaOne and cdma 2000 types.

**RESEARCH OF LAND ACCOUNT ALGORITHMS DURING RADIO-WAVE PROPAGATION**

**ADAPTED ALGORITHM RESEARCH OF ADAPTIVE LINEAR SUMMER IN TERMS OF MOMENT L-PROBLEM PROCEDURE**

Optimal synthesis of an adaptive linear summer which is designed for weak signals reception in the presence of interferences that exceed the background level by an order of magnitude or more has been considered.

**CHANNEL AND NETWORK LEVEL PROTOCOLS FOR A DISTRIBUTED COMMUNICATION NETWORK WITH TIME-DIVISION CHANNELING**

In terms of analyzing the known protocols of channel and network levels for a distributed communication network with time-division channeling a choice of protocols construction principles is produced with reference to specific features of the distributed communication network with dynamic configuration change. Descriptions of the proposed channel and network level protocols developed for a time-division multiple-access network are presented.

**SYNERGETIC METHOD FOR NOISE IMMUNITY INCREASE OF DEVICES SEARCHING PHASE-SHIFT NOISE-LIKE SIGNALS**

For increasing noise immunity of devices searching phase-shift noise-like signals under influence of pulse and structured interference it is suggested combining the method of dividing similarity structured signals with the interruption method or that of amplitude restriction.

**EFFECT OF DETECTOR PUMP CURRENT INEQUALITY ON INTERFERENCE SPECTRUM IN SYNTHESIZERS WITH FRACTIONAL FREQUENCY DIVIDERS**

Correlations for interference spectrum accounts in pulsed phase AFC system with fractional frequency dividers using delta-sigma modulation and pulsed frequency-phase detector with non-identical pump currents are received. On base of the received correlations a program for fractional interference level account is developed. Meanings of fractional interference accounts are compared with pulsed phase AFC modeling results in the SIMULINK subsystem of the MATLAB system.

Expression for field sensitivity account of an active receiving antenna has been derived. The dynamic range value for active antenna blocking has been defined, its limiting value at a fixed consumption has been found.
