TEMPERATURE-COMPENSATED QUARTZ OSCILLATOR. CERTIFICATE ¹21258

This useful model can be used at high-stable, small-sized, efficient vibration source of base frequency for mobile and portable radio equipment.

Serial production of quartz oscillator with double analogue temperature compensation on nominal frequency 10 ÌHz is realized. The useful model protected by certificate ¹21258 is applied in the oscillator. High-Q quartz oscillator application operating at vibrations of the third order provided improvement of operating frequency instability ±(3,5÷5,5)•10-7/year at aging ±(0,5÷2,5)•10-7/year and temperature instability ±(2,0÷5,0)•10-7 in temperature range from -50 up to +70ÎÑ and mean square frequency instability per second not more than 2•10-10. The oscillator is controlled through PC and automation of initial data removal and processing for temperature compensation reduces considerably its cost price.
