HIGH STABLE TEMPERATURE-COMPENSATED AND MICROPROCESSOR-BASED QUARTZ OSCILLATOR. CERTIFICATE ¹ 30046
The invention can be used for frequency temperature stability improvement at creation of high stable quartz oscillators operating in wide temperature range.
Serial production of small-sized precision supporting quartz oscillator temperature-compensated and microprocessor-based, protected by certificate ¹ 30046. It is intended for operation in portable and stationary communication means composition as an efficient source of high stable electric oscillations in operating conditions corresponding with group standards 1.14 State Standard V20.39.304-76 and 1.7.1 State Standard RV20.39.304-98. Depending on oscillator version relative frequency deviation from nominal meaning (10 MHz) can be: ±1,0•10-7, ±2,0•10-7, ±3,0•10-7 for operating temperature range from –40ºÑ up to +60ºÑ and îò –50ºÑ up to +70ºÑ. Long-term frequency instability from all destabilizing factors (total) per year is ±3,5•10-7, ±4,0•10-7, ±4,5•10-7 correspondingly and for 15 years without tuning correspondingly ±5,5•10-7, ±6,0•10-7, ±6,5•10-7. Output signal is a sine with voltage 200 … 400 mV at loading 51 Îhm. Due to indicated useful model application quartz oscillators are different by high frequency temperature stability, minor frequency deviation from nominal meaning and simple tuning.
