Modern theory bases and realization principles of radio communication systems (RCS) are stated which provide its effective operability at constant improvement of electronic warfare technical and tactics. On base of time-probability model of RCS functioning in conditions of radio electronic jamming organized interferences methodology of effective noise-immune RCS creation is analyzed, effective optimal and quasi-optimal signals detection and recognition algorithms synthesis and analysis is conducted. Noise-immunity effective measures are examined based on noise-type pseudorandom frequency tuning signals application, frequency adaptation, rate and space, adaptive digital filtration. Modern radio communication systems and means realization principles are given.
