For the first time the integrated software complex was designed for the RF Ministry of Defense institutes’ of higher education and centers of combat training. The complex will be used for specialists of the RF armed forces, in particular for tactical military formations of communication and control. The chief designer is JSC “Concern “Sozvezdie”. On the base of Military communication academy named after S.M. Budenniy state trials of the software complex sample were successfully conducted as the program educational environment for specialists’ training of the RF tactical armed forces.

For the last ten years the question about training of specialists in the field of automated tactical military formations’ control is urgent in the Land forces. The educational environment developed by the industry cooperation headed by JSC “Concern “Sozvezdie” is realized using modern information technologies. Due to this automation of educational activities’ control of military institute of higher education and specialists’ preparation center is provided. It can also help to train military personnel how to operate modern means of Single tactical control system (STCS) in conditions of network war. The software is very simple and convenient to use. Its scalability and application invariance by training level and professional orientation of trainees are the main results of the software implementation into the RF Ministry of Defense institutes’ of higher education and other force bodies and agencies.
