Voronezh Research Institute of Telecommunications founded in 1958 is the head of “Concern “Sozvezdie” integrated structure, that is JSC “Concern “Sozvezdie” at present.

The form of property: federal.

Federal Agency of federal estate administration owns 100% share package.

Subordination: Ministry of industry and commerce is the coordinating authority.
